Please note that we cannot take responsibility for Royal Mail deliveries. We send all letters and scrolls by 1st Class post but we cannot track parcels and do not guarantee any delivery schedule.
In the event of adverse weather or postal strikes, we cannot accept responsibility for letters failing to be delivered. Please note that in light of last years problems with snow, early ordering is advisable if you want to ensure receipt of your letter before Christmas!
Next day guaranteed post can be tracked and is insured with Royal Mail. Please contact us if you would like this option.
